Suva is much more than a simple harbor city. Suva is also regarded as the cultural and economic beating heart of Fiji and a key to the local economy. Get to know the locals when you peruse the stalls at Suva Market, and don’t miss the Fijian rainforest up close when you visit. Fresh seafood and Suva go hand in hand.

When you arrive to Lautoka, you’ll be surprised to learn its the second-biggest city in Fiji because of how charming and quaint it is. Known as “Sugar City” for its huge sugar cane industry, Lautoka, Fiji offers plenty of sweet things to do, like exploring the old Sugar Mill, taking off on an adventurous nature excursion, or relaxing in local hot springs

Beachy and ideal for nature lovers, in Apia you can swim, snorkel, and sunbathe while surrounded by lush rainforest. Get in touch with your inner kid when you slide down the Papaseea Sliding Rocks, natural water slides formed by rock formations. Or spend an afternoon learning about the famous author Robert Louis Stevenson at the museum dedicated to him in Apia

You want to spend your entire time here swimming, paddling, and snorkeling, or seeing the incredible wildlife and coral reef ecosystem up close and personal. Learn about the legends of Pago Pago while you’re here and try traditional Samoan dishes like fa’apapa or sweet banana fritters called panikeke.
